SCOTT PARISI CHA, President - Scott’s career is extensive which includes starting the hospitality industries premier sustainability company EcoGreenHotel. Scott has implemented hundreds of Energy and Water Conversation Projects into the US Hospitality Sector over the past eight years. Scott found a passion for sustainability serving as the General Manager of the first LEED certified and “Environmentally Friendly” Hotel in the United States; the Sheraton Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA. Scott advanced from General Manager to specializing in Multi Property Management for major brands to include: Intercontinental, Starwood, Hilton and Choice Hotels. Scott is a veteran hospitality professional whose passion for the environment has supported the creation and implementation of branded energy and sustainability programs for independent and franchise hotels.


CHRIS LEWIS, VP of Energy Solutions, Operations - Chris has over 20 years in the energy and hospitality industry in the U.S. and abroad specific to operations, renovation and construction. His vast experience includes facility management, property improvements, environmental initiatives, openings and multi-property management. Chris most recently served as Development and Construction Manager at OTO Development, focusing to successfully qualify “Green Initiatives” to include Green Lodging, Energy Star and most notably, LEED Certifications. Chris brings expertise to EcoGreen Energy Solutions clients in the areas of mechanical system solutions, equipment specification, extensive operational direction, project management and delivery of sustainable technologies.


GREG HOFSTETTER, VP of Development – Greg has a vast background including hospitality and energy solutions to various industries. For more than 25 years, attention was focused on the branding of golf properties including ownership, finance, marketing, renovation and day-to-day management. More recent concentration has been the development of sustainable energy solutions, delivering solar energy to both industrial and hospitality industries.Greg’s focus at EcoGreen Energy Solutions is to provide operational driven “green solutions” to both new and existing clients with emphasis on client demands. His collaborative and relationship driven approach to client business growth is the foundation for productive partnerships and successful sustainable solutions.


GEOFF GROCHMAL, Energy Technologies, OperationsGeoff graduated from George Washington University with a BA in Economics and since early 2011 has developed energy solutions, specializing in Energy Star benchmarking and Energy Modeling. Previously, Geoff had conducted an extensive array of quantitative research, focusing on California “green” legislation, AB 939 Integrated Waste Management Act: findings showcased a fundamental link between an area’s wealth and its ability to meet the state’s “green goals.”Today, Geoff brings proven sustainability technologies to EcoGreen Energy Solutions clients pairing solutions with ROI’s to meet the ever changing economic landscapes of our clients.


DON LESMERISES, Director of Finance – Don brings over 30 years of business experience, a majority of his career with Nortel Networks.  Don’s educational background is in Electrical Engineering, earning a BS degree from the University of Lowell before continuing to Southern University of New Hampshire for his MBA. Don is a core team member responsible for our Ecommerce site, Educational Webinars and Utility Reporting to our EcoGreen Energy Solutions clients, along with management of financial administration for the company.


GILES KING, Sustainability Analyst, OperationsGiles graduated from Appalachian State University with BS degrees in Applied Physics and Appropriate Technology including a minor in Mathematics. While at App State, Giles featured experience was with renewable solutions that included photovoltaic (PV), solar thermal (SHW), sustainable building design, and resource management. Today, Giles specializes in administration and submissions of building modeling, incentive programs that are grant and tax incentive based used in preparation of our Energy Efficiency Analysis (E2A) reports for EcoGreen Energy Solutions Clients. Giles extensive education in Physics, Appropriate Technology and Mathematics enhance our EcoGreenHotel client reporting.
